Mark Your Calendars Now for an End of Summer and Back to School Extravaganza for folks as young as newborns through 110 years old!

• When: Sunday, August 15th
• Time: 12:30-2:30 (or longer if we’re having fun on the beach!)
• Where: Huntington Beach State Park Shelter

• Cost: Your park admission, a dish to share (chips, side dish, dessert or drinks), and $1.00 per person toward the meat and fixings
• Other things to Bring: Beach stuff if you want to play at the beach after we eat, and a smile to be ready to have a great time with your St. Paul Family!

St. Paul’s Waccamaw 2nd Annual Peach Festival
Friday, July 30, 4:30-8:00 PM - A Rain or Shine Event
Proceeds from our Festival will benefit local missions.

We’ll have a shady Food Court with hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, soda and boiled peanuts available for purchase. 

In our courtyard area enjoy continuous entertainment between 5:00 and 7:30 pm. Lee Brockington will be joining us for storytelling time.

Ed Piotrowski, Chief Meteorologist for WPDE, will join us, weather permitting. 

Desserts, served in Berly Hall, will include peaches, shortcake and ice cream. Stop by our Bake Shop and purchase peach pastries and preserves, as well as lbs. or cases of McBee peaches. 

Enjoy shopping among vendors exhibiting their colorful goods in the parking area and under the covered walkway. 

Our three “Bouncys”, will keep the kids “on the move” while face painting and color hair spray will also appeal to the younger set. 

The Midway Fire Department will be on our campus, as well as hosting an open house at the Fire Station. 

We’ll be holding a Silent Auction and Draw, with exciting items for the highest bidders. 

Handicapped parking will be available on the church grounds. Additional parking will be at the adjacent Intermediate School, with a bus provided for transportation to and from the church campus. 

Join us for this celebration. Come and have fun while enjoying our tasty home-made food and peaches. Together we can make a difference, raising funds to help our community organizations meet today’s needs. 

Outreach Farm Recognized as SC "Angel"

South Carolina Secretary of State Mark Hammond announced recently the thirteenth-annual Scrooges and Angels for 2008. The ten Angels were recognized at a press conference and honored with a reception in the Secretary of State’s Office following the announcement.

The Angels honored represent organizations that exemplify charitable giving in South Carolina. Representatives from Outreach Farm, including Reverend Ledwell, were in attendance to receive a plaque and recognition from Secretary Hammond.
